Santorum wins most delegates in Kansas caucuses

WASHINGTON (AP) ? Rick Santorum won 33 of the 40 delegates at stake in the Kansas Republican presidential caucuses Saturday, but Mitt Romney countered by winning delegates in Wyoming and three U.S territories.
